Construction & Design:
The StraightGate50’s innovative zero-offset butterfly valve pivots centrally, balancing exhaust drive pressure equally on both halves of the valve. Unlike traditional poppet-style wastegates that force exhaust gases to turn 90 degrees, the StraightGate’s straight-through butterfly valve design significantly improves flow efficiency and responsiveness.
