Construction & Design:

The fuel pump hanger features a one-piece anodized aluminum collector box designed to simplify installation while enhancing fuel collection efficiency. The integrated 1-way fill valve allows fuel to enter the collector but prevents it from escaping, ensuring a constant supply of fuel to the pump inlet(s). This design is continuously replenished by fuel returning from the aftermarket fuel pressure regulator, maintaining optimal fuel levels during all driving conditions.

The system’s fittings utilize ORB (O-ring boss) threads—3/4"-16 (8AN ORB) for the pump-out port and 9/16"-18 (6AN ORB) for the return port—providing leak-free, high-pressure connections. Fuel Pressure & Filtration
