For other shapes, the included recommendation is to use a Reverse Lockout Adaptor to ensure proper clearance and a snug fit. This adaptor compensates for the oversized factory reverse lockout, preventing any unwanted gaps and ensuring smooth shifting operation.

The installation process typically involves removing the factory shift knob by unscrewing it counterclockwise, then threading the Billetworkz knob onto the shifter shaft. No special tools are required, and the anodized finish is designed to withstand everyday use without fading or scratching.
