Key Features:
The Legamax Premium Catback Exhaust combines advanced engineering with premium materials to deliver a superior exhaust solution. Key features include:
Construction & Design:
The Legamax Premium exhaust system is crafted from SUS304 stainless steel, known for its high resistance to rust and heat, ensuring long-lasting performance and a brilliant polished finish. The muffler design is carefully engineered to provide a sporty exhaust note without excessive drone, striking a balance between aggressive sound and everyday comfort. Tailpipe designs are uniquely tailored to each vehicle application, with some models featuring titanium tail tips that add a modern, high-end aesthetic.
Every component is precision welded and tested to maintain structural integrity and fitment accuracy, reflecting HKS’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Performance & Sound
The Legamax Premium Catback Exhaust enhances exhaust flow, reducing backpressure to improve throttle response and engine efficiency. While the system raises the exhaust sound level to approximately 91 decibels—up from the stock 86 decibels—it maintains a refined tone that is sporty without being intrusive. This makes it suitable for both spirited driving and daily use, delivering an engaging auditory experience that complements the vehicle’s sporty nature.
Installation & Fitment:
Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory exhaust, the Legamax Premium Catback Exhaust installs easily with no modifications required. It fits chassis codes ZN6 (Scion FR-S) and ZC6 (Subaru BRZ) equipped with the FA20 engine, and is compatible with later models including the Toyota GR86 and Subaru BRZ with the FA24 engine. Installation can typically be completed with basic hand tools and does not require cutting or welding.

ETA stands for Estimated Time of Arrival. The date shown is calculated using our Available-to-Promise (ATP) system, which tracks real-time supplier commitments to determine when a product is expected to be available for delivery. Specifically, the date is calculated by adding 9 business days from the date a supplier has committed to ship the product, representing a worst-case scenario for when we can expect to receive inventory.
Please note: The ETA is an estimate, not a guarantee. While we work closely with our suppliers to keep dates as accurate as possible, delays due to shipping carriers, weather, customs, or supplier-side issues may occasionally push the actual arrival beyond the date shown. Likewise, inventory may arrive sooner than the ETA in many cases. If you would like to be notified for when this item arrives, sign up for our back in stock notifications!
