The Haltech Elite 2500 is a versatile two-connector standalone engine control unit (ECU) designed for late model performance and racing applications. It is ideal for a wide range of engines including 4, 6, and 8 cylinder configurations, as well as 2, 3, and 4 rotor setups. Whether you are running a drive-by-wire throttle system, performing EFI conversions, or managing engines with multiple variable camshafts, the Elite 2500 provides the advanced control and flexibility you need.
Built for tuners and performance enthusiasts, this ECU offers robust features in a compact, environmentally sealed, and water-resistant IP67-rated case. Paired with the new Nexus Software Programmer (NSP), it delivers unprecedented user-friendliness and functionality for precise engine calibration and tuning.

The Elite 2500 ECU combines advanced technology with practical design to support a wide variety of engine setups and tuning requirements. Key features include:
- Supports 1 to 12 cylinder engines and 2 to 4 rotor engines, accommodating normally aspirated and forced induction configurations.
- Drive-by-wire throttle control with intake and exhaust camshaft control for enhanced engine management.
- Short-term and long-term map learning capabilities to optimize fuel and ignition maps based on real-world conditions.
- Dual channel knock control for precise detection and mitigation of engine knock.
- Load sensing via Throttle Position Sensor (TPS), Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP), or Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensors.
- Flexible fuel injection patterns including staged, sequential, semi-sequential, batch, or multipoint injection.
- Ignition system compatibility with distributor ignition, multi-coil setups, expanded CDI range, and Haltech Multiplex CDI systems.
- Connectivity to a wide range of display dashboards and expansion devices through CAN bus communication.
- Robust waterproof case with pocket cover fitted, rated IP67 for protection against harsh environments.
- Extensive input/output options including 8 fuel injection outputs, 8 ignition outputs, 12 digital outputs, 10 analogue voltage inputs, and multiple dedicated inputs for knock sensors, ignition switch, and onboard MAP sensor.

The two-connector design uses AMP 26 and 34 pin 4-row 3-key Superseal sets, providing secure and reliable connections. This robust construction protects the ECU from moisture, dust, and vibration, making it suitable for both street and race environments.
The compact form factor and high-quality connectors simplify installation and integration into a wide variety of engine bays and wiring harnesses. The inclusion of a pocket cover further safeguards the unit’s connectors when not in use.
Installation & Fitment:

It supports engines from single-cylinder setups up to 12 cylinders, as well as rotary engines with up to 4 rotors. This flexibility makes it suitable for many popular late model vehicles and custom EFI conversions.
Installation requires integration with your vehicle’s wiring harness using the supplied plug and pin sets.
