These pistons for the 05-10 Scion tC / 08-12 xB2 are available in 88.5mm stock bore, 89mm w/ 0.5 overbore retain a 9.0 compression ratio. These pistons are designed for high horsepower applications (650+hp) and are much stronger then OEM due to the forging process CP uses. The CP pistons for the Scion tC / xB2 w/ 2AZFE are an excellent choice for your engine build.
