Construction & Design:
The StraightGate50’s innovative zero-offset butterfly valve pivots centrally, balancing exhaust drive pressure equally on both halves of the valve. This self-balancing design reduces the effort required to actuate the valve, even under high exhaust pressures, resulting in smoother operation and a wider tuning window. Unlike traditional poppet-style wastegates that force exhaust gases to turn 90 degrees, the StraightGate’s straight-through butterfly valve design significantly improves flow efficiency and responsiveness.
