CNC Bent Sway Bars: Every aFe CONTROL sway bar is CAD designed and CNC bent to strict tolerances. This insures precise fit and perfect operation.
Adjustable Rates: Our front sway bar is 2-way adjustable and rear sway bar is 3-way. This allows the driver to dial in the front and rear roll resistance to achieve the desired handling bias.
Precision Sway Bar Ends: Front sway bars utilize laser cut end plates and the rear is equipped with laser cut arms. These are welded to the bar in a dedicated fixture to insure accurate hole positioning and consistent manufacturing.
Adjustable Rear End Links: aFe CONTROL’s end links use PTFE lined Aurora rod ends with high articulating misalignment spacers. These are also length adjustable if you want to adjust out any static pre-load in the rear bar.
Polyurethane Bushings: aFe CONTROL includes low-deflection polyurethane bushings.
