Construction & Design:
The GenV UltraGate38HP is a ground-up redesign of Turbosmart’s classic external wastegate, retaining only the mounting orientation from the previous Gen4 model. Its body is crafted from high-temperature 347 stainless steel, paired with a Nitronic 60 valve guide to ensure exceptional durability and resistance to wear and corrosion. The actuator features a variable cap and base design, enabling 360-degree rotation for customizable hose routing.
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) optimization and in-house bench validation guarantee superior flow characteristics and thermal management. The inclusion of a locking collar system simplifies installation and adjustment, while the strap-type V-band clamps provide a secure, vibration-resistant seal.
