Construction & Design:
The GenV PowerGate60CG is a ground-up redesign of Turbosmart’s classic external wastegate, retaining only the mounting orientation from the previous Gen4 model. Its body is crafted from high-temperature 347 stainless steel, paired with a Nitronic 60 valve guide to withstand the rigors of high-boost, high-temperature environments.
Advanced computational fluid dynamics (CFD) were employed in-house to optimize flow and thermal management, ensuring maximum efficiency and durability. The actuator features a variable cap and base design, enabling 360-degree routing options for reference hoses, which simplifies installation and enhances adaptability across various vehicle setups.
