The EBC Redstuff Rear Brake Pads are a premium upgrade designed specifically for the Subaru BRZ (2017–2022) and Toyota 86 (2018–2020). Engineered for drivers who demand superior braking performance with minimal dust and noise, these pads offer a perfect balance between street usability and spirited driving. Featuring a synthetic fiber-based compound enhanced with ceramic particles, Redstuff pads deliver strong initial bite and consistent stopping power as they heat up, making them ideal for fast street driving and premium sedans.
These pads are especially suited for enthusiasts seeking a reliable, low-dust solution that outperforms OEM pads in both longevity and braking efficiency. Their advanced formulation ensures quieter operation and reduced brake dust, keeping wheels cleaner without sacrificing performance.
Key Features:
Designed to provide exceptional braking performance with reduced dust and noise, the EBC Redstuff Rear Brake Pads include the following key features:
Construction & Design:
The Redstuff pads utilize a cutting-edge synthetic fiber-based brake compound enhanced with ceramic particles, setting them apart from traditional semi-metallic or organic pads. This advanced material formulation delivers a hard-wearing surface that improves with heat, providing better braking performance over time. Unlike many other pads that contain steel fibers, Redstuff pads produce minimal dust that is non-abrasive and easy to clean, preserving wheel aesthetics.
The pads are engineered to fit vented rotors precisely, ensuring optimal contact and heat dissipation. Their robust construction supports extended pad life and consistent performance, even under demanding driving conditions.
Performance & Sound
EBC Redstuff pads offer a strong and confident initial bite, comparable to or better than original equipment pads, right from cold. As the pads warm up, their braking efficiency improves, making them well-suited for spirited driving and repeated heavy braking scenarios. The ceramic-enhanced compound also contributes to quieter braking with reduced noise and vibration, enhancing overall driving comfort.
Installation & Fitment:
These rear brake pads are designed as a direct fit replacement for the Subaru BRZ (2017–2022) and Toyota 86 (2018–2020) models equipped with compatible vented rotors. Installation requires no modifications and can be completed using standard brake service procedures. Drivers should allow a bed-in period of up to 1000 miles for the pads to fully conform to the rotor surface, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

ETA stands for Estimated Time of Arrival. The date shown is calculated using our Available-to-Promise (ATP) system, which tracks real-time supplier commitments to determine when a product is expected to be available for delivery. Specifically, the date is calculated by adding 9 business days from the date a supplier has committed to ship the product, representing a worst-case scenario for when we can expect to receive inventory.
Please note: The ETA is an estimate, not a guarantee. While we work closely with our suppliers to keep dates as accurate as possible, delays due to shipping carriers, weather, customs, or supplier-side issues may occasionally push the actual arrival beyond the date shown. Likewise, inventory may arrive sooner than the ETA in many cases. If you would like to be notified for when this item arrives, sign up for our back in stock notifications!
